i loved how close the hotel was to everything (major bonus!). the staff was super friendly and helpful, really making my stay special. access to all the facilities at the main hotel was a real treat, like the amazing pools and gym!
the wifi wasn't great in some areas, like the panora restaurant, so checking menus was a bit of a hassle. this should definitely be looked at.

The hotel features an underground entertainment center. It has bowling and laser tag, also, it offers many games for everyone, so there's a lot to do. there is also a very tasty bakery and restaurant inside this hotel, for when you're feeling peckish. the gym is very cool and has a beautiful view.

my room included slippers, bathrobes, an ironing board, and an iron, very convenient. there was also a toothbrush set, a hairdryer, dumbbells, and even a sports mat. air conditioning worked well, and i had different types of lighting to choose from.

the staff clearly works to make you happy. the hotel provides daily coffee set refreshment, also, the supply of drinking water is replenished daily. room cleaning is also available daily if desired (i loved that!).

The rooms were very clean and modern. I also had access to the facilities at the sister hotel via a convenient foot bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I noted the cleanliness and found it top notch. I appreciate the staff who are professional.
The hallway carpets showed slight wear, it is a very minor issue that could be easily addressed.

The hotel is conveniently located, approximately 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. A coastal park is a short walk away and the hotel location provides good access to many facilities. THIS location is really convenient.

i thought the location was amazing! it was so easy to get around, with great transport links and i loved being so close to those cliff top parks and swimming platforms. my room was super spacious and the view of the coastline was just very nice! the bed was really comfortable and i loved the big walk in shower in the bathroom.
i was a little bummed that the pictures online showed the main hotel. i booked specifically hoping for a balcony, but this hotel didn't have one, so annoying. they said only the suites have balconies and i would need to pay extra! also, getting to the main hotel across the road with my luggage was a bit of a struggle.

the walk to the facilities at the main building required crossing a walkway over a busy freeway... it wasn't appealing at night. the larger pool was closed during my entire holiday. limited space existed outside to enjoy the sun, disappointing..
